The Company

green bean dance is a contemporary dance company committed to creating challenging, accessible live dance work and providing creative dance workshops in a broad variety of settings.

Since our first performance in 2006 our work has been

• performed nationally and internationally in diverse spaces including theatres, studios, galleries and schools
• acclaimed by critics and audiences alike
• supported by key dance organisations including The Place, Dance 4, Derby Dance, the Connect Festival at Sadler's Wells and Lincolnshire Dance
• nominated for the New Trends prize at the Burgos International Choreography Competition (2007)

In all our work we nurture a sense of exploration and playfulness. We provide access for individuals to participate in dance, work with professional dance artists and watch innovative live dance performance.
